Every detail was impressive from the beginning, including location and staff, I loved it. The bedroom was large and the bed was very large. Plus it was generous-sized and had unique interior. The hotel had fresh coffee in the hall. Best western venue set in the easily accessible area. The beach nearby was beautiful and the view was wonderful.
The hotel itself was fairly clean and exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast at a restaurant was good with cereals, eggs, yogurt, muffins and sausages. The room was budget and budget, loved relaxing bed. Mixed drinks at bayside bar, helpful service.
Every time in Ketchum we stay in this hotel. The venue was deluxe, we enjoyed friendly staff. There was a handy kitchenette with a microwave oven and a fridge in the unit. Liked room service too.
The complementary coffee maker in the room was a great touch, and the welcome basket was a nice surprise. The location near the mountain pass was convenient for exploring the area. We also enjoyed the quiet and serene surroundings of the hotel.
The RV sites were not maintained and were much smaller than described.
The staff needed improvement in customer service, as they were unhelpful and had poor communication.
The restaurant didn't match the overall style and elegance of the resort.
It felt more like a budget hotel restaurant and not up to the standards of the rest of the property.
